Juniper Networks introduces MetaFabric, a New Architecture for Cloud Data Centers & New QFX5100 family of Data Center switches: MetaFabric will be the new architecture from Juniper Networks that will enable administrators to deploy and accelerate the deployment of applications across multiple data centers. #3. Hp releases OpenStack Hybrid solutions for Cloud: The new Public Cloud console provides a web-based user interface for OpenStack-based public cloud services. Hp is also using it with Hp Cloud OS, the technology Cloud foundation for Hp Hybrid Cloud architecture. More… Hp has also extended its Non Stop technology to x86 server platform and has released a couple of blade systems with this technology. This was previously available only for the Itanium platform. #4. Arista Networks releases Arista 7300 & 7250 Switches: The Arista 7300 Series switches scale up to 512 ports of 40 GbE or 2048 ports of 10 GbE, with wirespeed performance of 10 Tbps. The Arista 7250 Series switches scale up to 64 ports of 40 GbE or 256 ports of 10 GbE at wirespeeds. More…
